Lisheen Wagyu
Lisheen Wagyu is a Fullblood breeding operation based in the hills to the north of Melbourne. Lisheen Wagyu started out of a larger Wagyu cross breeding operation which commenced in the 1990’s. Much was learnt from sending live animals to Japan in the early days and that, and other knowledge has been used in the development of the fullblood Lisheen (Japanese Black) Wagyu herd.
